Full-Service Wedding Planning

What it is

Full-service is the way most of our couples work with us. You get a lead planner in Austin who becomes your single point of contact, and a production team in Mexico who has stood in your venue a dozen times. Together we take the celebration from a blank page to the last shuttle leaving the after-party.

It begins with a fit call, then a scouting trip: usually two destinations, three or four venues each, so the choice is made standing in the space rather than scrolling through it. From there we build the design story, the budget architecture and the guest experience plan, and manage every contract in both languages.

How the fee works

Our planning fee is fixed and quoted after the fit call, based on guest count, number of events and destination complexity. We do not take vendor commissions; every quote you see is the vendor’s real price, and any preferred-partner discount we negotiate goes to you.

The team on the weekend

A lead planner, a production manager, a guest-experience coordinator and a floater who exists to solve the unexpected. For weekends above 150 guests we add a second production lead.

A note on honesty

We turn down roughly a third of inquiries, usually because the destination and the budget don’t match. We would rather tell you that in the first call than in month nine.
