How it works
Five steps, one accountable team.
Most couples come to us twelve to eighteen months out. Here is what the road from a first call to the last shuttle looks like.

The fit call
A candid 45-minute conversation about your guest list, your budget and the kind of week you're imagining. We tell you honestly whether it works and which destinations fit.
- 02Months 1 – 3
Scouting
We shortlist two destinations and three or four venues in each, then fly down together. Decisions get made standing in the space, not scrolling through it.
- 03Months 3 – 6
The design story
Palette, materials, floral direction, tabletop, lighting, stationery. One story across every event of the weekend, built from the place and from you.
- 04Months 6 – 12
Production & guest travel
Contracts in both languages, vendors confirmed, room blocks filled, transfers matched to every flight. A weekly call keeps you informed without homework.
- 05Celebration week
The week itself
Our team arrives three days before you do. From then on your only job is to be present. We run the timeline, the guest line and the surprises.

How far in advance should we start planning?
Twelve to eighteen months is comfortable for a full weekend in Mexico. The best venues in Cabo, Tulum and San Miguel book their prime dates (November to April) more than a year out, and the guest travel side needs time too: people book flights earlier when they have eight months’ notice than when they have three. We have planned beautiful celebrations in six months, but the options narrow.
Do you only plan in Mexico?
Yes, on purpose. Our production team lives in Mexico, our vendor relationships are ten years deep in seven regions, and we’d rather be the best at one country than adequate in twenty. We are happy to recommend colleagues for Italy, France or the Caribbean.
What does a destination wedding in Mexico actually cost?
For a three-event weekend of 100 guests with our full-service team, most of our couples land between $180,000 and $350,000 all-in, excluding guests’ own travel. Cabo and Tulum sit at the top of that range; San Miguel, Oaxaca and the Yucatán haciendas at the bottom. Our planning fee is fixed and quoted after the fit call. Do you take commissions from vendors?
No. Our fee is the only money we make on your celebration. Any preferred-partner discount we negotiate is passed to you, and every quote you see is the vendor’s real number. We think it’s the only way advice can be trusted.
We already have a planner. Can you do part of it?
Yes. Our design and production, weekend celebrations and guest experience services all work alongside another planner. We’re careful about roles and hand-offs, and we’ve done it many times.
