For your guests
Guest Experience & Travel Concierge
Room blocks, transfers, a welcome guide people actually read and a concierge line for the week. The part guests remember most, handled entirely.
What it is
Your guests are spending a few thousand dollars and several days of their lives to be with you. How that week feels for them, from the first email to the ride home, is the thing they’ll talk about longest. We treat it as a design project.
It starts with the event website and the save-the-date, built to answer the questions guests have before they ask (Do I need a passport? Is the water safe? What do I wear to a jungle wedding?). It continues with a room block that actually has rooms in it when Aunt Linda finally books, and transfers matched to every flight number we’ve collected.
During the week
A bilingual WhatsApp line staffed by our team from 7am to midnight, an in-hotel hospitality desk on arrival day, and a printed daily card under every door. When a guest’s luggage doesn’t arrive, we know before they do.
Welcome gifts
We source from Mexican makers we know personally: a hand-woven Oaxacan tote, a small-batch mezcal, a Yucatecan hot sauce, a linen scarf for the ceremony. No plastic water bottles with a hashtag on them.
